About

I'm Frank Andolina.

When you hire Ando Systems, you get me, not an account manager and not a handoff to a delivery team. I do the work, and I'm the person you talk to. That's by design: I'm not building an agency. The experience is the point.

I've spent fifteen years running operations and growth for agencies, marketing platforms, and home-services businesses. Most recently I was COO of Coalmarch, leading operations, client services, and digital strategy for a team serving home-services companies across North America. Before that I ran marketing at Triangle Pest Control, so I know your world from the inside.

I live in Raleigh with my wife Danielle, a registered dietitian, and our three kids. People-helping-people isn't a tagline for me, it's how I was raised to work.
